A love of physical play led her to an early sports career in high level competitive Taekwondo, and some Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, amongst other bits and pieces of various sports.

At Live to Play, Jackie does mostly one-on-one sessions with either training or some type of clinical therapy (injuries, imbalances, movement, etc).

***Due to Jackie’s high demand and international schedule with seminar instruction, she is only available on a LIMITED appointment-only basis. Please contact her at strengththerapy@gmail.com directly to schedule. She is typically only in Taiwan for a week or two at a time a few times a year, but you can see when she is in neighboring countries as well, if you’re in the mood for travel.***
